In 1993, in a moment of desperation, Mark reluctantly agreed to help a young man start his own business. That experience led to another coaching client and another coaching client. It wasn’t long and he had an active book of fifty coaching clients. He has maintained an active book of fifty coaching clients for over thirty years, clocking over twenty thousand coaching hours. 

He has built his coaching business on a philosophy of accessibility over exclusivity. He makes it easy to choose between a variety of coaching steps, coaching engagements, and coaching relationships. He is often referred to as the coaches coach or the consultant’s consultant. When he works with an independent or practice professional of any type, his objectives include: 

  1. build a model for your business you are excited about, 
  2. get your financial house in order, 
  3. craft a messaging platform, 
  4. determine your core mix of marketing strategies, and 
  5. develop an accountability system for on track results.
